With a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and Certified Senior Advisor certification (CSA), Emily is particularly passionate about assisting Seniors and their Adult Children in their real estate journeys. Her commitment to this demographic is further demonstrated by her role as an Executive Board Member of the Center for Active Living in West Seattle, as well as a member of the Equity and Inclusion Committee and the Facilities Committee, where she actively contributes to enhancing the lives of seniors in the community. Together with her partner Eric Martin, who is a Managing Broker, you get two full time Realtors with two different skillsets working on your behalf. Emily's love for real estate is deeply rooted in her desire to guide individuals and families through one of the most significant decisions of their lives. Her enthusiasm for the Seattle area is evident in her daily routine as an avid runner, taking advantage of the city's year-round running opportunities. This connection to the community enhances her understanding of the local market, making her an invaluable resource for her clients. Emily's personal life is as vibrant as her professional one. She and her partner, Eric Martin, form the Austin and Martin Broker Team, living in Burien with their two beloved dogs, Violet and Sage.
